Well hell, I never realized I was there for Jane’s Addiction and not for Lou Reed. Nobody ever told me that or the other people who took off after the end of Lou Reed’s set.

6 months agoFantastic concert, it was really worth the trip from Sweden to share this moment.
I knew You would do something special for this show, It really blew my mind.
Why not take your great orchestra on a tour to Europe soon, and make the solos even longer. You are the best!!
Lou…. I know you’re Lou Reed and all, but I hope you never come back. You ruined Band of Horses set, also making Jane’s and Horses play at same time. (which was very weird by the way) My point being, Lou Reed, nobody gives a shit about your 15 minute solos…. All those people were over there for Jane’s Addiction, not YOU!
7 months agoHonestly I Loved LOVED this set. I loved the fact that some people ran for the hills when it wasn’t a velvet underground cover show. THANK YOU Lou Reed, Great set, will never forget it. I loved the feedback romp.
7 months agoIt’s really too bad Lou felt the need to make the crowd endure his 15 minute distortion exercise, while simultaneously being incredibly rude to the patiently waiting Band of Horses, whose show he cut short by those 15 minutes.

Lou is really the reason this whole thing started taking place, you owe it to yourself to expand your imagination as to what is musically possible and lyrically possible. Miss at your own RISK… REJECT MEDIOCRITY!!!!!!! GO SEE LOU
